Three modalities for making identity tangible, coherent, and embodied.
Neuroaesthetics works from the outside in.
One of the fastest ways to jump-start transformation is to make it tangible—materially, physically, and externally. Hair, clothing, colour, grooming, and visual expression become tools for identity alignment.
Identity Integration works from the inside out.
For periods of major change, transformation, or identity disruption, this work helps you make sense of what has shifted and build greater coherence around who you are becoming.
Hoop Dance brings transformation into the body.
Through movement, rhythm, play, and repetition, hooping builds confidence, self awareness, expression, and embodied connection.
All three are grounded in the same framework:
Decode. Recode. Embody the Code.

Each consultation is personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. You can book for one specific area or use the session more broadly to bring your hair, beauty, grooming, and personal style into alignment.
Identity integration
Identity integration is designed to support meaningful transformation — helping you understand who you’re bringing into an experience, and who you’re bringing home.
This work can be facilitated one-on-one or as part of a group or ongoing program. Individual work is personalized around your experience and circumstances, while group and collaborative programs can provide structured support alongside a shared transformational or medical experience.
Depending on what you’re navigating, integration can include:
Pre-Experience Preparation — Exploring your current identity, patterns, relationships, environment and intentions before a significant experience or period of change.
Identity Mapping — Identifying the beliefs, roles, relationships, habits and environments that currently reinforce your sense of self, creating a clearer picture of where you’re beginning.
Post-Experience Integration — Making sense of what surfaced, what changed, what remained, and what feels meaningful once you return to everyday life.
Practical Integration — Translating insight into changes that can actually be sustained through your routines, relationships, environment and decision-making.
Ongoing 1:1 Support — A personalized process for individuals navigating significant transformation, whether connected to a specific experience or a broader shift in identity.
Group & Collaborative Programs — Preparation and integration can also be incorporated into facilitated programs alongside practitioners, organizations, and transformational or medical experiences.
The experience itself doesn’t need to be directed or over-processed while it’s happening. My work focuses primarily on what surrounds it: preparing with greater self-awareness beforehand and creating the conditions for meaningful integration afterward.
The intention isn’t to prescribe who you should become. It’s to help you understand what has changed, what remains true, and how you want to carry that forward into your life.
